Lakeside Hospice social workers help patients and families to live with dignity and the highest degree of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual comfort. We provide emotional support to the patient and families, assist in dealing with closure issues, help in understanding and completing advanced directives, and help in understanding and utilizing Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance benefits. We may assist with financial needs by identifying and accessing community resources.
